If there is one issue that I am most commonly asked using customers in my instructions, direct messages on Instagram, or by way of pals and circle of relatives who realize what I do, it’s almost always some shape of, “What must I eat?” Sometimes, it’s “What food regimen should I comply with?” or “What do you think about the __ weight loss program?” My move-to reaction is to duck and avert the questions totally.
